Just to update, I did finally receive my order. I now believe it was a Canada Post issue. Order was fullfilled and sent on January 17th, the day after I made the order. Had a tracking #, and the package never moved from Sherbrooke.
The big issue with this company is the customer service. If they are getting so many orders, they need the staff to keep products moving towards the consumer. If there is a supply issue, they need to get the word out to the customer.
My own persistence finally paid off. I had to keep contacting them and using facebook to get them to look into my order. They finally decided to resend the order after Canada Post told them they could not locate the package, and it arrived here in BC within the week.
Glad it is finally resolved and will likely try again, but this time before my supplies are almost depleted! Really do hope they don't go through with a $500 minimum order as stated on their facebook page, as that will definitely put them out of reach for me.
