Hi,

Can anyone recommend a nic level for starting out using nic with e-juice? I have not had a cigarette in over a year now and have been vaping since June of last year at 0MG but sometimes I go through horrible bouts where I'm dying for a cigarette and the 0MG just isn't cutting it for me and instead I suffer. I wanted to know what a good strength would be to get in a juice for someone who hasn't had any in over a year? I would prefer to start out with the lowest amount, but not so low that I would get nothing from it, you know?

I tried 4MG with one vendor and could not even tell it had anything lol...so I guess I need a minimum strength.

Thanks

I'd try 12mg, but if you haven't had a cigarette in a year and you are vaping 0mg juice, I wouldn't try to get hooked again. You can always go back down in nic level, but some people try that and then go back up. You don't generally get the immediate nice relaxed calm feeling from ecigs, just the satisfaction of the craving being removed.

No I dont like cinnamon, it burns my throat and cinnamon is not nicotine...I vape menthol already but I wouldn't refer to that as a "throat hit." I don't need counceling about not using nic I'm just asking what to start out with... I know plenty of people who will use nic with their ecigs for the rest of their lives, it's not the end of the world and it sure as hell is better than going back to cigarettes.

That was just a suggestion from a member, not a personal assult. After decreasing to 6mg, I vaped 12mg for a while the other day, and it made me feel kind of yucky, and so my suggestion would be 6mg. And if you are feeling the need for a cig, just hyper vape.
