I'm pretty sure that the nic level I ordered is too high, I cant have more than 5 or 6 drags without getting the feeling of an incoming headache (same as when I smoked analogs too fast). Is it possible to dilute then mixture down using water or would I have to order another lower level bottle and mix em?

Any idea what the PG/VG ratio is? Lots of people dilute 100% VG juices with 10% PGA or distilled water.
Mixing different nic strengths works too. I had a rather large stock of 24 and 36 mg nic juices that were a bit too high and I mixed them with 6 and 11 mg to get the nic level down to where I like it.

this happened to me too when i first started vaping. i had to start off at 12mg, even then i couldn't hit it too much without feeling nauseated. if you're still smoking analogs, try not to hit the PV after, as you tend to get even a bigger nicotine high
It's very possible that the nic levels are too high. However, dehydration has strikingly similar symptoms to nic overdose at lower levels (as I have discovered the hard way), so that is a possibility too. If you are positive that you're well hydrated then I'd go with lowering your nic and seeing if that helps. If it doesn't, you may need to up your water intake.
If it's a concern you could try to lower your nic intake. You can buy vg or pg pretty cheaply to dilute your juice with. Some of my juices I buy in can be cut with vg and it barely loses any flavour at all. Weaker flavours might not fare so well though.
The amount of nic you need seems to be really varied. I can't go above 12mg anymore. I used to take 18mg, but with chronic pins and needles and light headedness and sleeping for less than four hours a day I realised it was likely the nic. I now take 8mg or lower. Finding the right nic level is a little difficult as it's different for everyone. Some here vape 36mg or higher liquid which I know would knock me over and some people simply couldn't get by with just vaping 8mg or lower on a daily basis.

I filled a carto this monring with some 24mg Caramel Tabacco and I actually like the idea that I only need 4-5 toots before I feel satisfied. And they are pretty short ones at that.
Before, I had juice ranging from 6mg - 18mg and I could vape those all day (including a 12mg caramel tabacco). I would find myself chain vaping, reaching for my PV every 5 minutes and taking long pulls usually until the indicator light on my eGo would blink.

My cig addiction was much more about the social/oral fixation then the nicotine. I've found its nice when I REALLY need a cig, I can haul of this a couple times and be ok, but Id still like to be able to go out for a smoke with friends and be able to vape as long as their smoking.

i'm pretty dissapointed with the tobacco flavours, I have a few more from different vendors on the way (boba's and gorilla included) so I hope they get better
I know you can buy PG/VG to dilute, but I was wondering if you can just dilute it with water? I'd like to avoid buying more stuff for a while (already dropped almost $200 of gear/juices)
Adding some distilled water wouldn't hurt. You could also use high proof vodka... What are the nic levels of the ejuices you have?

They are all 18mg. I'm In Canada, dont know I if I can pick up some PG/VG or Glycerin at the drugstore. I need to knock it down to probally around 10mg, the throat hit is a little too much
Well, if you have 20ml of liquid, and you add 20ml of dilute, it will cut the nic content in half. If you add 10 ml of dilute to 20ml of e-liquid, it will cut the nic in 1/4, ect.
Shoppers drug mart said they dont carry PG, they have some in the drugstore for compounding, but dont have it available for retail. They werent sure about VG, but they do have glycerin. Will that work? Is their anything specific I should be looking for?

Ok so I got the Glycerin USP from shoppers. Now do I have to mix it together pretty well with the eliquid or can I just go drip for drip in the carto? I dont really have any tools to mix this stuff together well, the eliquid is in little drip bottles and I dont have any empty ones
