That is a neat gizmo. As you all find it neat as well, i can guess you have done this or similar before.

Question, that looks like 1 - 1.5mm ekowool, and it's been tripled then wrapped with kanthal. I've seen this in a few video's now, fiqure 8's and such. Does this double/triple up on thinner wick work better vs just using thicker wick ?
I have 3mm ekowool, and it's to thick to work with for the kayfun, at least for me. Only method i have working well so far is 3mm silica in a Navy Nest. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pdXjBWf8Pc0

my interest is with best flavor, and after countless people saying cotton is best, i believe. Only thing that puts me off it, is re-wicking every 2 days or so. My first 3mm silica navy nest lasted 2 weeks. Just refill and vape, i like that. So i have been looking into the best way with silica or ekowool. I've ruined a few, burnt taste and what-not, now it's reading time ;)

I think it's designed perfectly for someone like me, who can be pretty klutzy when it comes to doing KF builds, especially when it comes to silica/ekowool wicks.

By the looks of the video, I can see myself doing it faster myself than using that tool. I'm no master-speed-demon builder but that "tool" seems bloody odd. I guess it would work well for someone with one hand and a lot of time though :p
