my problem is that im from portugal and in the moment i just have the apex to vaporize.
if i have to send it back hi dont have any outher.........
mabye just buy another exterior body stays cheaper........
and hi had no reply from apexvapor.

Yeah that is the problem with warrantying them. We have to get them back and inspect them before we can warranty them. You can always order a new main body, send back the old one when you receive it and then get the warranty on the old one and have two just in case.

Since you have had no reply from Apex Vapor email support@innovapor.com and they can most likely get ahold of Apex Vapor easier.

mine looks exactly the same, i used the polishing cloth once in the beginning and never used it again i like the black look , but now the nickel is coming off , had it 2 mos. started about 2 weeks ago! fyi
