Nicopure & eVo liquid. a division of Halo?

Recently bought a bottle of juice from AltSmoke.
It's called Whisper & the bottle looked very familiar.
IMO it was the cleanest tasting & smoothest juice I've ever vaped.
Found Nicopure on Twitter. They offered to send me a few samples.
They arrived today. Noticed they came from the same town in NJ, where Halo is based. Is this just a coincidence?

I was in the Cincy store today and Dmitry there said it's basically Halo, so i guess they're both made by the same folks or something. It's excellent innit!
