So I tried Nicoticket's the Virus based on all the votes in got in the "ejuice of the Year" poll. I just got it and loaded up my clearomizer with the 18mg nicotine mixture. All I can say is BLECH. I don't get it. I don't understand how this juice got best of the year. It is disgustingly and syrupy sweet. I could maybe get past that part, but the heavy taste of perfume, I could not get past. This is supposed to be a tobacco flavor? I didn't taste a hint of tobacco. It seemed like all caramel and maybe vanilla.

I will say the packaging is very nice and it comes in a great glass bottle, with a nice medicine dropper. When it comes right down to it, though, the bottom line is the product. This one just wasn't for me. If a sweet dessert vape is what you're looking for, then this might be the one for you. I don't think I'll be catching this virus again, though.

Let it steep...it changes with age.

I never got a real sweet flavor...mildly sweet but not strong.
I've been vaping some all day that is close to two months old and the only sweetness I get is on my tongue on the inhale but nice rich tobacco with a hint of cinnamon on the exhale. I also find I get different flavor profiles from it at different times of the day but I would never call it a sweet vape.

Put it up and try it again in a few weeks.

All I tasted from the Virus was a buttery rum note that was nasty. I steeped it, tried it again, and got the same nasty buttery flavor. This is not a tobacco flavor in the traditional sense.

Update to my original review:
I just took this out and gave it another shot and steeping has made quite a bit of difference. There is much less of a perfume-y taste now and it's a bit less sweet, however, I still don't get a tobacco flavor at all. It is something I consider vapeable now, though so at least it wasn't a total waste of money. I got it in 18mg nicotine and I'm not getting much of a TH from it. I'm wondering how much VG they use in their mix. All in all, I still probably would not but this juice again. It's still a bit sweeter than I would prefer, especially from a "tobacco" juice.

All their juices are 50/50 except for the Max VG ones which are mostly NZ and will be stated on the label.

Actually, the Virus is 65/35 PG/VG . . . And you should get a maple-ish nut-ish with a tobacco underneath, a good one, I might add. What are you vaping it on and how many W?

You might consider popping over to the Nicoticket forum and engaging Clark head on, he's very customer oriented. The mediciney flavor/smell you've described I've never experienced, and I've probably gone through a few hundred ML's of that stuff, with 500ml's steeping away.

My bad! I know most of their juices are 50/50 and I thought The Virus was too. I should have checked before I opened my big mouth!
