I have lots of nicotine split between roundabout 20 100ml bottles and also a plastic  5 litre bottle of the stuff. I don't have a freezer or refrigerator for it atm. How long can I keep it like that before I put it in the freezer. Will it spoil in 2 years in the glass? I've had the plastic bottle for 4 months. Will it start leeching from day 1?

Thanks

i know that there is already a thread but I don't know how to make it top of list apart from bumping non stop.

The cooler you keep it, the better, it's a simple law of thermodynamics and chemical reactions. I'm not one of those that went out and bought a special freezer for my nic, but I do keep it in my freezer. It's probably equally as important to keep light and air from getting to it. If it's sealed well in glass, argon packaged or little to none dead space, and in a dark bottle and in a dark place, there is a limit to how much oxidation can occur. The only variable is how quickly, and that's the temperature factor.

I would only store in plastic bottle if it came from a Lab that extracts nicotine.
From a reseller, hell no.
5 liters is too much to store in a freezer, break it down into glass bottles.
There are no microbes in nico so it shouldn't spoil in a few months.
5 liters is a considerable investment & should be treated as such. Go for a dedicated freezer..

I would be very leary of purity levels from a seller of that amount in plastic, willing to bet not sealed, With that amount I would suggest finding Boston amber's and sealing the caps well.I would say after 4 months of sitting in plastic @ room temp the oxidation process has begun. You can try and slow it down with freezing for best long term results.
