Nicotine amount

Hi!

I recently decided that I could try DIY juices because it's a bit easier - if I want to learn vape tricks I can put no nicotine in, and vice versa.
I was wondering what would happen if I vaped only the 20 mg nicotine? (without glycerine) or is it something that should totally not be advised.
Also how much ml of nicotine do I have to add to how much ml of glycerin to make a mix with 12 mg of nicotine?

All of the nicotine we vape is already in VG or PG. 20mg nicotine is 2% nicotine the rest is either VG, PG or a combo of both. To dilute 20mg to 12mg you need to add 40% plain VG or PG.
