Hello ECF!

I have a question regarding the amount of nicotine I have to add to a premade batch.

In Korea, e juice with nicotine is much more expensive to buy so people here usually just buy nicotine and 0mg strength juice separately and mix it together. The shop I have been going to had a bar table of how much nicotine to add however the table only showed it for 20, 25, and 30 mg bottles.

I have just recently purchased 4x100mg juice from a DIY vendor at 70:30 (VG to PG). I would like to know how to calculate how many drops of nicotine I should add for 2-3 mg nicotine levels.

I have added a picture of the nicotine I purchase here in Korea. The bottle says 100mg nicotine and 5ml. Sadly due to taxation, it costs around 10 bucks for this little bottle :(

Thanks!!

Not sure what 4*100 mg means... Suppose it is 4 bottles of 100 mg nic solution. Then you need to add 3 ml of nic solution to 100 ml of juice, or 0.3 ml of nic to 10 ml of juice. You need a syringe, drops are not reliable and I would not recommend use "drops" method. However, if a syringe if out of reach now, you can try it on your own risk.
Usually it is assumed (very roughtly) that 20 drops = 1 ml
Google
Then 0.3 ml = 6 drops (better start with 4, then add if needed).

Be aware how inaccurate the method can be:
in medicine, IV drips deliver 10, 15, 20, or 60 drops per mL

Your mixing up your ml's and mg's so it is hard to figure out what you have and what you want but I'll give it a stab.

What I think you are saying is you have purchased 4 100ml of no nic. juice and you want to know how many drops of 100mg/ml nicotine (I cannot read the label) to add to a 100ml bottle.

The problem here is that we do not know the size of your drops. It can vary greatly from 20 per ml to 60 per ml. The easiest thing for you to do would be to use the shop chart for the product and take the number of drops they recommend for a 25ml and multiply it by 4. So if they recommend say 20 drops for a 25ml to achieve 3mg/ml then you would add 80 drops for a 100ml bottle.

Your best bet would be to try and get a 1ml blunt nosed syringe or a scale that measures down to .00g if you are going to have to do this often. For a 100 ml bottle you would need to add 3 ml or 3.58 grams of 100mg/ml 70vg/30pg

Yes this is exactly what I was talking about. Sorry I got my mg and ml mixed up. Its been exam week so havnt slept much lately. I was wondering if my nic is 100mg/ml. On the bottle it says "nicotine = 100mg" and volume = 5ml. Thanks for the info!
