Nicotine Amounts, and etc....

That is dependant on how many you smoke a day, and what kind of cigs... me and all the other vapers i know started off on 16/18mg and 24mg carts, then went from there to see what our sweet spot was, everybodys nicotine tolerance is different.

There isn't a 'best ecig' in general, personal preference is what it comes down to.

Have a read through this, this will answer a lot of questions for you : http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...strated-guide-e-cigs-parts-1-through-6-a.html

I was a two (at minimum) pack a day smoker that quit with a joye 510 manual battery and 24-26mg nic strength.

My fav tobacco flavors so far have been MLB usa mix, Camel, 555 and my newest favorite Hilton.

some of my fav "other" flavors have been peach, vanilla, and mint.

I started off with two 510 starter kits and a PCC (personal charging case).

I would rather have a KR808D-1 kit over a Green Smoke, it's overpriced for what it is.

If you have 0mg nicotine it means it has no nicotine, so you'll still be craving a cig. This is why it's a good base point to get some carts around 18mg - 24mg and see if thats enough for your cravings or if it's a bit too much you can buy lower, or in the event a 24mg doesn't even phaze you, you can get 36mg ones (does happen but not that often). Just depends on what your nicotine tolerance is.

It's taken me two months to understand the "sweet spot" I was a pack a day smoker,
and finding after many bottles of e-liquids, I need 24 mgs to satisfy my craving. There are so many different e cigs out there; and I started off cheaply. Big mistake for me as I became very committed to vaping to replace smoking very quickly. I now own two manuel 510 Titans, two N510 Titans, a Vapre 51, a Chuck, and just ordered a SB. (that's for the 6v vaping I hear such good things about) If you are a very addicted smoker, I feel sure the 0% nicotine would have you crawling the walls, at least it would me. If you have little addiction however, might be a way to get off nicotine completely.
Just my thoughts!

Thank you all! But I did some more research, and I think that I will buy the Green Smoke, what do you think? And when you smoke, what difference does it make, if you have 16mg of nicotine, or if you have 0mg of nicotine?

Thanks!

If you've been smoking a while you're addicted to the nicotine (and most likely the visual from the smoke feedback as well) when you don't get that nicotine in 0mg nic juice, then you'll still have the urge to have a cigarette.

Highly recommend this as a starter kit:

Joye 510 NO BOX

It's inexpensive and reliable and the most popular model here for good reason:

If you add the 510 plus the 'custom built'... in the one above and then this...

I think you need more research on greensmoke before choosing that one.

Greetings and Welcome. I bought a green smoke for my wife and I ended up getting 2 510 starter kits from cignot. She was never satisfied with the amount of vapor and the automatic cutoff plus they wanted like 130.00 for a starter kit. If I had to do it over again I would not bother with the greensmoke and get yourself a 510 Joye starter kit...manual battery and you are on your way. MWFB

I can't say (and no one really can) that the 510 is the best there is because there are so many models out there. It's not much different than a car or truck. I drive a Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 with a Hemi and there'll be dozens of Ford and Chevy guys telling me that their truck is so much better than mine - it's all a matter of both personal preference and personal experience.

I started out 2 months ago with a KR808D-1, a 2-piece PV which worked well enough that I quit smoking analogs instantly after 36+ years of smoking. A week later and after reading, reading and reading some more on the forum here at ECF, I made an informed decision and purchased my Joye 510 from Cignot and have not been happier. Do I like it better than my original KR? Absolutely, because I can do more with it as far as refilling my own carts and there are mods I can do and so on. Is it better than my original KR, not a whole lot because it worked well for me when I first started and I wouldn't hesitate to use it again if I wanted to.

You have to do your research. Grab a cold beverage of your choice and spend some hours on here reading and searching and reading... You'll pretty much find all the answers you're looking for just as I did and make yourself an informed decision on what to buy or do next.

As far as everyone coughing when they vape their 510 on videos, not all of them do, but I noticed that too. Primarily the person vaping is demonstrating the capabilities of the 510, how much vapor they can make, and with a strong e-juice they are getting one heck of a throat hit which will make even the most seasoned vapers cough, so don't be misled thinking that a 510 is bad because it makes people cough. It's not much different than most PV's available.

Oh, and as far as the 510 batteries being "bad", they're not bad - they just don't last very long. I usually go through 3 fully charged batteries a day. If you consider their size which is very small, they just aren't large enough to hold a larger charge. But here comes a mod like the Nicostick (do a search on that one) and voila - perhaps a full day or more on one charge.

Off my soapbox... again...

Everyone is saying that the JOYE-510 is the best, I watched some videos about it, and everyone coughed after using it, is there a reason why? And I heard that the battery is bad. Do they have their own website? So that I can read more.

There is a learning curve with vaping. Many people cough in the beginning because you have to take drags/vapes like you would drink through a straw. I made the mistake at first of taking a drag right into my lungs and it was downright painful with the throat/lung hit! It takes a bit of practice but once you figure out what works best for you, you'll be all set.

I use a Vapor King (KR8) and I love it. It's a 2-piece unit that doesn't require a lot of fiddling around; just screw on a cartomizer and vape. The JOYE-510 has many fans, too - but it is a 3-piece unit that will need more attention than a VK. I think they both work very well. Lots of people have quit smoking by using one of these models.

Thank you, but I am kind of confused about the cartridges, the one that comes in the starter kit, has how much nicotine?

Thanks!

Depends on the kit and where you get it. Most will put medium marlboro. Some will go with a no, low, medium, high, extra high - ie one of each. Don't fall for the 'no mess, no filling' line on cartomizers - if you do it that way, it will cost you. Then when you realize that and complain, then they change the story on you - that 'you can fill them!'. Fact is, they are nice but you're better off getting the 510 and then getting an adapter for cartomizers if you want to try them. The 510 kit at cignot is the best deal. As shortstuff points out 'best' is a relative term. But the 510 is the most popular here and the one that the modders use the most as well - there are reasons for that.

As far as those lung inhaling videos - lol - I feel the same way - Parked, love him, but he coughs on superminis trying to get the most vapor possible. lol.

asdff, the pre-filled carts from cignot, are a "get me by". Not very good.
Order an extra pack of blank cartridges (make sure to specify round or flat tip) in the order comments.

And get your juice from some of the great juice suppliers that are raved about here at ECF. DIYFlavorshack and MsTsbakery.com are my favorite(s) at the moment.
