Hi, I am trying to get back into ecigs again to stop smoking regular cigarettes and recently picked up a mechanical mod with an rda on it. I'm not new to mods, but I just recently saw what the mechs can do, and I'm having a good bit of fun with it at .33 ohms. The problem is, with this thing I go through juice like crazy. I picked up some blueberry muffin 93vg7pg mix with 3mg nicotine and I'm liking it a lot, but I want to make some good sub ohm juice, with the same mixture of everything with new flavors. I also want to mix some regular 14mg 50/50 eliquid for my regulated mods with aspires. I just ordered the vg, pg, bottles, and syringes, but i'm now looking at nicotine and I'm a bit confused. I want to mix about 93% vg/7%pg at 3mg nicotine, so keeping that in mind, what nicotine base should I buy? I was thinking about some 100mg, 100% VG based nicotine, would that work for both the liquids I want to make?

I am one that feels that MFS (Myfreedomsmokes) nicotine definitely has a peppery bite (which I love), so that liquid may be more conducive for a tobacco liquid. I really have grown to love Vapers Tek nicotine and I feel it has more of a round body and sweet taste (it has that wonderful sweet alkaloid taste that I hadn't found since DVap's unflavored WTA). So that one may be better suited for sweeter, dessert-styled liquids. I buy that my Vapers Tek nicotine at Bullcityvapor. VT nic is more expensive, but when you really look at it, most nic is cheap in the long run.

No matter what, you should try the nic unflavored before adding it to a mix so you can determine if it has a taste you like, and of course only try it after it gets diluted.

Thanks, I just ordered some vt 100mg. Looks like good stuff based on the reviews

It is the good stuff, but nicotine in general is good.

Yes, 100% VG nic will be able to make 50/50 juice as well as high VG juice. As far as what brand to buy....... Try small amounts from many different vendors and make your own decision as far as what tastes/works best for YOU. :)

JD, I just saw where you are located. Waterford??? Nice!

I would get NIC in VG if your mix is going to be 93%vg but keep in mind that you mentioned earlier your going through juice fast. Hi vg juice vapes much faster then higher PG juice so you will still be going through juice fast. But if your going to do DYI it won't be as much of an impact as if you were vaping store bought juice just for the fact that it's much cheaper to make it yourself.
