Was just wondering how they compare ? I get a really big high when i take a regular cig. It has been a the guts of a few months since i last tried one but just wondering do they have more nicotine or is it just all the other crap in them that does it ?

As an example lets say how does the nicotine dose compare if you had 5ml of 16mg e-juice a day compared to a 20 a day smoker. Feel free to use your own example but from my research it looks like this is what most vapors smoke...not me personally.

Hi Justin,
Really you can't compare it that way. The delivery to the body is totally different with ecigs.
When you smoke an analog you take a direct hit to the lungs and it gives you that light headed feeling--it is really the lack of oxygen that is making you light headed not the nic.
With the ecig the nic is absorbed through the mouth, nose and throat and takes a little longer before entering the blood stream.

Nic ejuice has (in your example of 16mg) 16mg of nic in 1 ml of juice. Not sure how you would compare that to an analog, except that with the analog you probably blow most of that back out.
Hope I didn't just create more questions, but as you can see, this has no easy answer.
:)
