I use 18MG nicotine in my carto tank setup and I am going to a sub-ohm Freemax Starre pro with a Snow Wolf 200W

My question is should i be buying 3mG nicotine or 6MG nicotine for this new setup?
I tried my brothers 6MG nicotine setup with a ipv3 and i was getting buzzed off of it?
Is buzz bad? Should I get 3MG if 6MG is buzzing me of two hits?

If you were getting buzzed off two pulls, yeah, I think I would probably try some 3mg. What tank did your brother have, and how was it coiled? In general, yes, if you're going to greatly increase your vaping wattage-- and you are with the SW and the Starre Subohm-- you should cut nic to keep the dosage even. You're going to be getting more vapor per pull with the new setup. If there's a flavor you like at the local vape shop that comes in 6 and 0, buy one of each. Hit it at 6. If it buzzes you, dump the tank and the 6mg bottle and half the bottle of 0 to cut it to 4.5mg. Try again, and if it' still buzzing you repeat with the other half bottle of 0 to make some 3mg.

I went from 12mg in a mini protank 3 with an iTazte vv4 setup to 3mg in an eleaf istick 30w and a melo setup. I suggest going down to 3 on a starre. Its a dual coil and its burn efficiency is quite high so 3mg should suffice. Or you can try getting a 6 and a 0 and if 6 is too high, level it out with 0 to make a 3

I use 6mg in my drippers and RTA's but am finding that with TC and a good nickel tank the nic is alittle much.

The good news is the flavor is so much better you can cut 6mg with plain VG and get the same amount of flavor.

Your gonna find with that set up alot of the things that make you think you've had enough are gonna be gone. Most importantly the foul taste of nic. And the throat burn of the vape getting warm.

So its super important to use low nic. Trust me you'll still get plenty just you'll be vaping it instead of drinking it. And that to much nic feeling isn't pleasant.

trying to decide between 80VG/20PG and 70VG/30PG will the flavor be better with the 70VG?

Remember I will be on a freemax starre pro TC with 0.15 dual coil

In theory yes, but thats not that big of a difference you might not notice either way.

I'm on an Elite at .2Ω. I make 20PG/80VG but often cut it farther with VG so its prolly like 1/99.

For me PG is mostly flavoring and it makes my mouth dry and some flavors make me cough. By getting rid of PG all my health concerns about vaping went away.

With good equipment nic reduction is easy and fun. I'm still a user but I use much less. Remember its also possible to use alot of juice with that set up of yours and cancel out the reduction. Thats on you.

But with modern equipment I've been able to go from 5ml of 18mg nic juice and day which was loaded with tons of flavoring to mask the nasty nic taste to about 7ml of +/-6mg nic and almost no flavoring. And I'm getting a FAR better tasting experience.
