The way you draw can also change TH. If you do the whole plug it in your mouth and suck for 4 seconds thing, and then inhale, it will be different than a 1 sec puff, and also different from a direct pull into your lungs. So experiment how you actually get the vapor to hit your throat. Try quicker inhales and slower inhales, and longer pulls--maximize the vapor in your mouth before the inhale. You can also try slower exhales for a chance to get another TH form.
Aside from PG, you can also add a few drops of PGA (everclear) to your juice, and that'll spice things up. Experiment, before dumping a ton of PGA into your juice.
I have an ego and use LR cartos from altsmoke (don't remember exact ohm but at most 2.5), and I use 50/50 pg/vg, and I've never have had a serious problem with TH. Then again, I also typically vape high nic content (30/36).
