I usually smoke about 10-15 regular flavor king size analogs a day.
I don’t know if this is correct, but I think 1 regular king size analog cig has 4 mg of nicotine.

My first V4L order which I should have this week - I started with (5) pear 36 mg carts.

I noticed the carts and juice come with different Nicotine Levels (0, 4, 8,11,18,24, 36 mg etc.)
What’s the reason people choose different Nicotine levels?

i started off at 16mg, but because i wanted to vape more and more during the day i moved down to 11mg coz 16 was too much for all day, if im gonna do a chain session by the computer at night then i'll do 4/6/8mg. you'll know if 36mg is too much for you because after a few puffs you wont wanna hit it again for a while lol. but like someone said already, everybodys nicotine tolerance is different, and some people just wanna vape for a little while during the day, a good base to start from is 16/18/24mg for the amount of analogues you smoked i think. (i dont know how some of the crazy buggers on here can vape 36mg carts all day that's insane)

Me too. Don't think it was the nicotine that I was addicted to because I need to take many many consecutive long drags on 36mg to feel like I've had an analog/not want to smoke one. I don't get any side effects like dizziness or dry throat either. And I only smoked 3-5 analog cigs per day! Everyone's tolerance is different. It takes trial and error/experimentation to finds what works for you.

AZAandy is correct. The highest NIC level in a domestic brand is 2 mg per cig but the tar can run from .5 to 26. Keep in mind that the figures assume you didn't let any of the analog just burn but inhaled every bit of it. Not likely.

You didn't actually specify the brand. I smoked NOW Menthol 100s and they rank at the bottom in both tar and nicotine .2 nic and 2 tar.

In the States they quit listing the levels on the packs but they still do in other countries.

I also think that your nic of choice may be too high but not knowing the brand leaves it up in the air.

Leeshore I was smoking a generic brand called Smoker Friendly - king size regular full flavor analog

I have no information on that brand, but, in general, the FF generics start at a nic level of .9mg/cig and go way up from there. That's roughly 400% more than the analogs I smoked.

As a very rough calculation, if you got a 1 - 1.5 pack equivalent from a cartomizer you would be looking at 18-30 mg carts. What you ordered may be in the ballpark.

You'll find out after the first dozen drags. When you change from an analog to an E-Cig it's a pretty big shock to some people so you need to ignore the first 5 or 6 drags. Just remember to inhale slow and long.

A doctor told me there were not enough studies done on the e cigs. But he said there is a difference between the intake. He said some people get the nic faster and less and somepeople get the nic slower and more is needed. He said there is a difference in swollowing then absorbing through the lungs with analogs. He said with water vapor its heavier so its like chewing the gum your swallowing the nicotine so something with how everyones body is different and some people need less or more. He said it hits you faster smoking because of the other chemicals that carry the nicotine directly into your blood stream./ I dont know if there is truth. But this was my second visit and he researched them after the first visit. So im guessing this makes sense? Oh and you process inhaled nicotine differently because of the caprilaries. I dont know wtf im talking about i cant remember what he said. Someone what to explain this better?

Mg and ml vaped each day. Full flavor cigarettes is around 50 mg. of nic.times the number of packs you smoked. I smoked 3 packs a day so 50x3 is 150. # of ML you vape each day (5) times the mg you vape.
I vape 5 mg. a day of 36 which is l80. I am vaping 30 mg more than when I was smoking.

This is a quote somewhere on this forum. I just can't seem to find it.

This is only as estimate.
