Bump... I may be traveling to Singapore soon as well and REALLY don't want to go without my juice.

The Singapore Custom's website (http://www.customs.gov.sg/leftNav/trav/Controlled+and+Prohibited+Goods.htmhttp://), states:

You are not allowed to bring in goods that are prohibited under Singapore laws.

The list of prohibited goods includes (but not limited to):

  • Chewing gum (except oral dental and medicated gum)
  • Chewing tobacco and imitation tobacco products (e.g. electronic cigarettes, etc)
  • Cigarette lighters of pistol or revolver shape
  • Controlled drugs and psychotropic substances
  • Endangered species of wildlife and their by-products
  • Firecrackers
  • Obscene articles, publications, video tapes/discs and software
  • Reproduction of copyright publications, video tapes, video compact discs, laser discs, records or cassettes
  • Seditious and treasonable materials
It is an offence if you attempt to bring any of the items listed above into Singapore

There doesn't appear to be a personal use exemption.

My question is... how intensely is this enforced? Any ECF members successfully gone through Singapore customs with a PV and liquid?

I surf around ECF and found this post. Sorry to revive this old post.
Ok it's illegal in Singapore on any Nicotine product example E-liquids or E-Juices with nicotine. Nicotine or Nicotine liquid is under the jurisdiction law of HSA(Health Sciences Authority). You can be fine a maximum of SGD$10,000 or more depend on the nicotine content.

Hope this info will help travelers to Singapore. Bring it at your own risk. Singapore is a fine city, if you know what I mean.

I was in Singapore this month. I came from Australia then and I had a lot of stuff with me. The juice was filled up in 50ml bottles and with my showergel and all the things. No problems then. The hardware was no problem anytime, only the juice with nic is a problem, but the contoll is not hard on that. I think that a little bit of juice is no risk.
