Hello everyone I am glad to be here. I hope someone can answer my question.
How much nicotine at 100 mg do I need to add to 15 ml of 0% to get a 3% mix.

for a 30 nic level ( 3%) you will need 6.4 ml of 100 nic giving you 21.4 ml of juice
if you want 3 nic ( .3%) you need .46 ml of 100 nic juice giving you 15.46 ml of juice

heres some math for ya...

30 nic = 30mg of 100 nic in a 100 ml bottle thus requiring 70 ml of 0 nic
thats 3/7 ratio
15 divided by 7 = 2.14
3 X 2.14 = 6.42

or you can do it this way
3 nic ( .3%) = 3/97 = .030
.030 X 15 = .46

now you are probably asking why 3% = 30 nic...

pure nic is 1000 mg/ml ( not 100) therefore, 3% of 1000 = 30

if you want 3 nic ( .3%) you need .64 ml of 100 nic juice giving you 15.64 ml of juice

I often find myself in a similar situation. Not all calculators can do these particular sums.

Basically, I sometimes make some liquid say 50 or 100ml (6mg) and want to give some away but the person requires 9mg or 12mg liquid. I then need to make up how short I am.
Quite small amounts is the usual answer and I need to find a very precise syringe. All quite tiresome.

Depends...if you want to be exact.

.464 added to 15 mil will give you 15.464 mil of finished product.

.45 added to 14.55 mil will yield 15 mil of finished product.
