Yep, a well-hidden fact, obscured by decades of ANTZ misinformation and propaganda. This serves BP well, because, once FDA installs iron-clad prohibitionist rules on nicotine, BP will have the exclusive ability to patent and market nicotine as an Rx drug for neuro-degenerative diseases, and cash in on what could be the biggest market in history. Imagine if every person 55 and older was told that they need to take this new Rx-only miracle drug 3x per day to prevent (and/or treat) Parkinson's and Alzheimer's, as well as slow down age-related decrease in cognitive and motor functions. BP will make billions.

This IMO is why BP is spending the amount of money they are trying to kill the e-cigarette open market. They can't have open competition for one of their prescribed drugs.

They've had knowledge of this since at least 1992 and I think no one has been able to find a way to tell the public that evil nicotine is actually a useful drug.
