Nicotine premix?

I'm thinking about getting into DIY. But somewhat hesitant. I've ordered from myfreedomsmokes several times and have always been happy with their service. Anyways all I've seen on here so far is people using 60 or 100 mg base and adding vg and pg. should I start with the premix to save time and make it simpler to start, or am I wasting my time..

I use the nic premixed to a low level at http://www.ecigexpress.com/. I usually get the 6mg but the next one will be 3mg.

I get it already mixed because i spill juice when trying to mix it. ymmv
