e-juice calculator w/ premixed base

Being a relative newbie, I purchase a 60/40 (VG/PG) premixed base, with nic already added, from www.e-liq.com. How do I input the base into my calculator so that I can accurately formulate my recipes? I purchased a 6mg nic mix, and a 0mg nic mix, so I'd like to create a mix, with flavors, at 3mg (+/-). (Was thinking the premixed base would save time, and be easier, but really just a pita.)

Does anyone else do it this way.. or should I just go ahead and buy PG, VG and Nic?

Lets you specify pg, vg, and mg in your nic. No problem.
