Nude Nicotine has restricted shipping. (We might want to enter restricted states for certain providers, or we don't know if they stopped retail shipping altogether).
I see Vaping Zone and Nicotine Giant are both located in SC. Not sure how far of a drive it would be for the OP.

Doh, re read list, in small print, says changed name to nicbase. No idea why it didn't work yesterday.
Just ordered two bottles (1L 100mg) off the site (NicBase). Used CC, so protected. Now, can accumulate goodies for DIY (these bottles should last about 2 years for me).
I have tried to contact Nicotine Giant (Phone/email), and no reply. Giant is about 50 miles away but heck, I wouldn't mind taking a drive up there to get some.
Hey, look up nicbase. I kinda went over board (miscalculated that is 20 years to 43 years, can leave to someone in will). Already have. Don't have my other orders for liquid and vaping equipment, so will start charging back. Hint, don't order anything from eightvape, check bbb, trust pilot, facebook and twitter accounts, and reviews under adult signature. No one is getting anything (well, a chosen few are).
Well, I'm taking a chance and looked at some reviews on nicbase, and decided to order 1 gallon. Question: Once I get it, I need break it down as in 6 quart jars. Anyone has any suggestions on the glass jars I should use as once I fill up these jars I will be putting them inside the freezer.

Search for reviews on Delosi Labs instead because Nicbase.com is a very new site put up just a few months ago. Delosi moved their nic off of DelosiLabs.com and onto Nicbase.com so as to position Delosi Labs as a non-vaping/non-nicotine site so they can avoid the wrath of PACT Act and FDA. So 99.9999% of reviews for Delosi Nicotine will never contain the keyword "nicbase.com".

When I did my order, I wanted it shipped UPS 2 days. What UPS. But I didn't think you could still use them. I asked them in an email and there reply was "We still ship with USPS and UPS. Our products are registered as components that require further manufacturing. As such, they are tobacco products but not vaping liquid unless you manufacture it into e-juice. You could just as easily make nicotine candy or gum out of the nicbase." Creative thinking there and I love it.
That's what Carolina Xtract is approaching the situation. They were actually in the middle of a lawsuit just months ago about this issue, but I don't know exactly what happened as a result. I suppose they won. They won't sell to you if you contact them before you order and make it known to them you intended use us mention ecigs/vaping. The message about it is in their cart page. This is how I learned of their lawsuit, but they took that part of the message down now.
I can't believe Then President Trump sign something like this into Law. Next it's up to the parents to tell their kids not to Vape or Vape. Why did the government into in the first place. Now let's move on. So, all these vapes shops can make tons of money because NO ONE can make their own juice anymore. It's like it's okay for some, but not for all.

ROFL yea your right about that, but from what I saw, Trump was his own boss in running the show his way or it was the "Highway" for the others. But the story still remains that all the vape shops that are still open are getting rich off of the puppet people. But Uncle Junkie, how is that right that they can stay open, receive vaping supplies and sell them, but to us DYI'er we can't even get a bottle of nicotine to start our days off right.
