Nicotine juice in Canada?

I have a friend that tried unsuccessfully to quit smoking. She wants to try vaping. But she lives in Canada. I am not sure you can get nicotine juice in Canada. Does anyone know if you can and if so where?

There are a lot of vapor shops but don't most of them sell juice without nicotine?

No, you can get nicotine quite easily. I know of one online shop that sells Mt Baker Vapor juices for a buck more than MBV charges for it. However, some of these are discreet and only members can see the juices.

You can also buy a lot of juices from the states and have it shipped to Canada. I've heard that occasionally these get seized by customs, but I've never had a problem.
