I have been searching this issue in DIY and can't seem to find what I'm looking for.
I thought at one point there was a very lengthy quote from Wizard Labs regarding long term nic storage but I can't find it. On their web site it doesn't say much more about this than:
But we're all freezing this stuff for long term storage, right?
My question is (was?) if stored in a freezer how low do you need to go? I will be storing in a small freezer dedicated to nic storage, so I can specifically optimize the temperature for this. At the same time I don't want to spend more on electricity than necessary keeping the freezer colder than needed.
Now reading the WL recommendation of between 34-41 degrees I'm wondering if I could have got by with a much less expensive refrigerator that can reach those temperatures instead.

Nicotine solutions may be safely stored at room temperature. Optimal storage temperature is 34-41 degrees Fahrenheit. Nicotine solutions may be safely used for up to 18 months with proper storage.
