I know this subject has been posted on here before, but i need to get my head around the nicotine issue and how it works in general. I been vaping for about 6 months now, but i'm also smoking. I've managed to cut down quite a lot on the analogues 4 or 5 a day.
I was recommended to start on 18 mg Nicotine strength juice and have kept with that, i once tried 24 mg strength and had to throw it away. Now 18 mg is the strength of the whole bottle ?
I read that a cigarette is equivalent to 1 mg in nicotine strength ? in theory this would make a 20 pack 20 + in nicotine ?
now if i'm vaping on a Aspire Nautilus 5ml tank and i'm vaping roughly 1 or 2 ml a day then how much nicotine hit am i getting from vaping ?
As i said earlier i am still on the analogues i guess being they taste different to my juice and another reason being that it's a quicker experience to say vaping. I also own a Alantis which i think is a 2.5 ml tank, i do swap out during the day as i have different liquids in each tank.
I just want to grasp this nicotine ratio to smoking analogues.
