nicotine withdrawal / overdose symptoms

I have quit smoking 2 months ago, have been vaping since then.
I have had sore throats in the first two to three weeks, but that seems to have gone now.

I have one question that maybe some of you might be able to help me with. Sometimes I feel like a little pressure on both sides of my head, just above my ears. (The spot people rub when they have a headache, if you know what I mean...) Now this is not a headache, it does not hurt, but it feels awkward, like it is warm. It's hard to explain, but has anyone had this sensation?

I use 12mg nic eliquid and I think it happens only in the evenings when I vape on my mods, and also, I then vape a little more than during the day. Could this be a slight nicotine overdose symptom?

I've never had this problem but at 12mg I doubt it would be nic overdose. Maybe you need to drink more water. Vaping requires drinking lots and lots of water. When I chain vape I get a little woozy at 18mg so I put my mod down for awhile and drink lots of water and it goes away pretty quickly.

Sounds like it's a muscle sensation more than anything else. Perhaps from chain vaping or pulling too hard when you draw. Take some draws and feel for any muscle movement in that area when you draw.

And keep in mind that a lot of people get flu-like symptoms during the first few months of quitting smoking.

A tight draw can be a real pain, I despise a tight draw it could cause that symptom. If it's not that it very well could be nic od, I can get a warm feeling on nic od, further in the headaches and wooziness start.

How much and what kind did you smoke before?
