Hello everyone, I have been vaping for almost a month now. I am having great fun with it, and I can already see my health comming back. I was never a heavy smoker, maybe 10-12 cigs a day before I started vaping.

My problem is one of the side effects I seem to be having is ........ every day. I have read that it is a cigarette cessation symptom however its been almost a month.
I have also read its a nicotine overdoes symptom, however im sure thats not the case, because I use 8 MG nicotine carts from Green Smoke, and its not like im huffing on it all day. There is a list of other symptoms that go along with Nic overdose and I dont have any of the others.

What I want to know is this a PG issue? Does anyone else have this issue?

Any professional advice would be very much appreciated thanks.

"Professional" advice on this is simple: Go to a medical doctor!

That might sound flip, but I'm quite serious. Isn't that what you would do if you were having ........ every day and had not switched from smoking to vaping? We veterans are experienced e-cig users...period. We are not medical professionals.

For recreational purposes ... or for minor, non-chronic physical annoyances ...or just to know you are not alone: you are welcome to engage in speculation and read about the experiences of other vapers. For example, this List of Common Symptoms when E-smoking.

My favorite subject... lol. I had the same thing for months. Part of the problem is just the normal getting used to the liquid, but my other problem was swallowing liquid.

So, my guess is:

1) That you are experiencing a common symptom (which usually eases up after a while) or
2) That you may be overfilling the cartomizers (or your cartomizers are pretty overfilled by the factory and you draw hard enough to bring liquid through them) and you are getting liquid in your mouth? If you can blow into a new or newly filled cartomizer and hear gurgling, you will get a mouth full of liquid. Blow out any excess liquid from your cartomizer, and you should be good to go.

This is one of the reasons Cartomizers and I didn't get along so well ;) but then, I also had this with my other atomizers. My penstyle atomizer would get liquid running down the side of the cartridge and I would get a small amount in my mouth all day. Bingo... caused gastro problems for a day. My fault, as I got to the point where I didn't spit it out in a tissue and I'd just gulp some water or coffee with it. When I do that, I know I'll pay. I figured out how not to over fill my cartridges and blowing into a mouth piece to clear it from liquid before vaping and it got much much better!

If this doesn't make sense (you never get liquid in your mouth), you might want to try all VG (or all PG) liquid or more of a 50/50 mix to see if your symptoms decrease. Your body may not like one of the liquids and it could be a symptom of an allergy or just reaction to PG or VG. I look at it the same as people having problems with some foods that can bother their stomach while others eat it just fine.

If switching liquid type doesn't seem to do it, DO see a Dr. and discuss your symptoms. Quitting is stressful... and that could be a big part of it or there may be something else coincidental that is going on. A good yogurt, bread and rice in your diet can help alleviate the symptoms in the mean time.

Good luck!
