I'm sure this has been answered somewhere but I can't find it. When they say 36Mg Nicotine, that's 36 Mg of nicotine to what volume/weight of liquid? I'm guessing a gram, but I don't know.

Yes supposedly per ml. So at 36mg if you vape 1 ml per day that is like smoking approx. 36 analogs... if you vape 2 ml per day which is the average that would be approx. 72 analogs worth of nicotine. Of course no one really knows how much of it you actually absorb into your system. 36 is pretty high and can be cut with VG or PG and maybe add some flavor if you like... unless 36mg is what you need
Yeah the S. African study was a little more generous saying about a third.
Edit - after doing the math on my daily consumption of juice 10% would be 14.4 mg/day 33% would be 47.52 mg/day. Since I have yet to feel like I need an analog I'm leaning towards 20-33% which would be in the range of my previous analog use for the day.
Thanks for the replies/answers, this board is the source of information on vaping. I was just using 36 Mg for discussion, although I have vaped 36 Mg. I like the "high" level, not even sure what the Mg level is on most of the "highs."
