I know analogs usually offers around 1 mg of nicotine per cig. But I heard nicotine in vaping is different in that the body absorbs it differently, something like only half the nicotine in vaping gets absorbed. In addition, how do you convert ml of juice to the equivalent of number of cigs? Once we know the answers to those questions, then we can approximate a nicotine concentration that's as close as possible to that of real cigarettes. thanks But I would guess maybe 30 mg/ml or so, 24 mg never gave me any buzz...

Really, you can't do it that way, everyone is differnt and reacts to and processes nicotine a bit differently than the next person. How much and, what you used to smoke makes a difference too, as does how long you have been vaping. All I can do is tell you what I have done.

I smoked 2.4 to 3 PAD of filtered little cigars, full flavored ones. (Cheyenne brand). Those are strong and cheap. I started at 18 mg on vaping, nada, still needed a smoke, so the next day went to 36, hey that has to work I figures, nope, better but not enough, ended up at 46mg in my vape. That lasted about six months until it got too harsh and was making me slightly dizzy after 10-12 pulls - too much nic.

I knew by then that's what it was so, back down to 36. 2 months later, 24. and now it depends on the juice, some I still do in 24mg because I need that much to get the TH (throat hit) I like from them. Some 18 is perfect, a couple 12 is the sweet spot for me and, I have 3 I chain vape when the mood hits me, for the flavor so, those are 0 nicotine.

The biggest mistake new vapers make is looking for that almost instant hit of nic analogs give - never going to happen. Vaping is differnt, you don't have to inhale to get the nic, it's absorbed through your mouth, sinuses and, nasal passages so, no need of getting it into your lungs, though many ex smokers do like to do that. It is a slower delivery, no nicotine spike, and, none of the effects of the other chemicals that are in analogs either. Stop seeking the buzz and go for the "I don't need a cigarette, I'm not having a nic fit." That's all you need.
