I know I should be posting this in the Health section but no one really goes there.
For the past month I have been getting the feeling in the back of my throat as if I'm about to gag but it would never reach that point, just like a pulse or hint of it. Not enough to actually be concerned with gagging. The feeling goes away when I'm working out or doing any cardio, eating and about half an hour after I finish and is absent in the first few hours after I wake up. I recently narrowed the causes down to my e-cig. I feel as though the sensation becomes stronger after I use it for even just a few hits.
Today, parts of the right side of my face were somewhat relaxed for no reason, mainly the upper cheek bone area. Concerned, I looked up the symptoms and found nicotine poisoning. Although I vape 12mg of nicotine, ever since I've been getting the throat feeling, I don't vape that much and some days not at all.
Anyone else experience nicotine poisoning or have heard/had any of these symptoms?
Also, I've never actually completely ignored my ecig so starting today I'll stop vaping for about a week and see if it goes away because now it's getting annoying.
