Do you have one of those days when you are incredibly stressed? Today is one of those days. I stayed up wayyyy to late working on a 12+ paper for school.

This morning it feels like I'm just not getting enough Nicotine. I've been vaping like heck ever since I woke up. I'm at the max, 18mg. Been going through the Virus and GCD like it's going out of style. I just feel like I'm not getting that nicotine fix.

Do you guys ever experience this? Will it go away soon? Days like this, I really think about picking a pack of Marlboro Reds up just to immediately fix that problem. But, I'm not. But that craving is still there.

How do you guys cope with days like this?

xoxoxo,
Dani

early on from quiting....yea there was some challenging moments...ou fight through it and hit us up to help get you past it :)
3 months was another mark...then 7 months...i also had an eposide at the 9 month mark, but that was cause i got sick as crap and couldnt vape for a week....was keys in hand ready to walk out the door to the store to buy a pack....forced my self to stop and start vaping again and i was able to get past that...i had a slight urge over this weekend for a cig as a matter of fact too, but shook it off...i think i was gaming (a trigger for smoking) at the time.

It will pass, you are strong!!! :)

Something that helps me get through the really rough moments may not sound like it but for me does the trick. I sit down at my rebuilding station with a mod that's filled up and build some coils for one of my others even if they don't need it. Or just build coils to use in the future, I find that counting the wraps and paying attention to what I am doing leaves no room to think about smoking.

Of course doing all of that while chain vaping on the other mod. That is one thing I love about rebuilding when I get into it I forget everything that's going on just me, some wire and my tools. Obviously you can't do this all day but I have had moments where I was about to walk out the door and go grab a pack of smokes, this stops me in my tracks long enough to not have that happen.

I actually went to the big guns and built on a RDA Stillare Clone and dripped 24mg. I am feeling much better and the Nic fix has died down. BTW- RtG, I finally busted out my new ohms reader, I LOVE it!!! I am dripping at a 1.2 right now and it's just right.

I feel much better. Thanks, guys.

That was a great idea Dani, dripping high nic juice is going to give you a much bigger bang for your buck. Glad to hear the meter is working out well!!!

I smoked and vaped for the first three months. I just could not give them up....well also all I had was a blu ecig and a couple of other sticks...but I chain vaped them and did the 24mg....I smoked at home and vaped out and at work. Then decided too much money and chose vaping. I still chain vape 18mg! Use the 24 you have for those times :) I am so excited to hear your REO is out there!!!! It will be in your hands around 12:30 today! Today! LOL I forgot to tell you the video I did was me vaping the REO for you to see how awesome it is! :vapor:

I also have a spare Reo with a coil built to a lower ohm than I typically vape at and run a higher nic juice in it. So when the need hits, I can get a stronger warmer lung filling vape. If I'm going out to big trigger point type event, like a bar, I carry this as a backup

Nice. Great advice, thank you. I will remember this if I have to deal with my in-laws for an extended period of time. ;)

I'm still new to vaping, so I've not ventured out in the sub-ohming quite yet. But when I get my own gear, it's on like donkey Kong!!!
