my goal is to get to zero without changing my vape habits, knocking it down by a few mg's when my body tells me to (usually months and months between drops). sad to say, eventually I'll quit vaping too.Very interested to hear you share your nicotine reduction strategies... I know several people aspire to get to zero but can't, myself included.

I know I don't need a Reo attached to my hand all day every day - can go hours without vaping now! that is an accomplishment in itself!
