I've bought 2.5 liters from MFS and been happy with it. Haven't tried anyone else. Ignorance is bliss, and at least when I bought it ($40-$5-/liter 100mg), it was the best deal in town. May be more competitive now. Get it while it's dirt cheap and before the gov't decides they want 100-5000% tax on it. Or even make you a criminal for attempting to buy it.
