I made this out of a shipping box(from the Sparkplug starter kit, surprise from moms i got today) with a flip up lid, and the foam sheeting that came with it. All i did was trace the things i wanted to put into it and cut them out with a sharp knife. The little foam inserts in the corner are from the cig pack my 510 NicStick came in (first PV). It holds:
8 bottles e-liquid
1 Sparkplug Thermo Tube (or complete Thermo with caps, just don't have extra set)
1 Sparkplug with 510 adapter OR 5ml luer tip syringe (when the SP isnt being stored)
1 16340 batt (empty circle space below SP)
1 regular 510 batt (my NicStick)
2 regular 510 atomizers
1 510 drip tip
And the three foam inserts, which hold:
12 Cartridges/SmartCarts (and a 14g blunt luer needle)
1 USB 510 charger
Some extra cart caps
something else that will fit in the square space left over
Of course, you could make it hold anything, thats just what i made mine hold, almost all my PV gear at the moment, minus the eGo that i'm borrowing.
the foam i used is great, easy to cut to fit any box, you can make different depths too by cutting the "plugs" you cut out in half or thirds or w/e ya need. I plan on making a wood box later on that will fit another sheet or two to hold more stuff as i acquire it.
