No one is answering because it's not a real common combination, due to the MPV soft limit of 1.3Ω and 3 amps... but no reason not to give er' a run, if that's what you have to work with.

A single 28/30 gauge or a dual 30/32 gauge - either at around 1.5Ω+/- would work fine. Doubt you'd get any big, sub-ohm class clouds, but should get good flavor at around 9-11 watts. Far too many variables to make promises. ;-)

Never used the MVP but have run many a dripper on VV mods with good ol 1.8 ohm coils and they work fine.
