ICIGA Ninja 2.5ohm Ceramic Coil Clearomizer Pyrex Glass 2.5ML Tank Kit

Is this what you're talking about? Looks interesting... I'd like to see the coil taken apart... if this is something that can be cleaned multiple times and last super long before burning out then it would be even more cool. I'm not a big fan of 2.5 ohm coils though and it looks like that is the only resistance they make, plus the top air hole looks really tiny, I bet it has a tight airflow.

If you get one let us know how it vapes!

Edit: Reading some more about the Ninja... just read a bad review and a very brief good review where the reviewer posted at the bottom today that it was leaking and the store he bought it from did not have any replacement wicks....

Ceramic wicks are probably going to play a bigger vaping roll at some point but for now I think i'd skip it...

The fact that you can't find much about it says a lot. I found it on ebay with a long story about how great it was. No, I don't think I will be getting it, at least not now.
I have however ordered the new aspire mini, with some kind of new/old style coil. It was supposed to be a "pre-order for July 15th" and it already shipped.:D
Now I have to find some of those coils.

I picked one up locally today when i needed to go and get a new coil for one of my other tanks and they didn't have one.
Cost me $18.99

Everything I have read so far on this, seems to suggest that the tank is pyrex, but tapping my finger nail on the "pyrex" tank to me sounds more like it might be some form of plastic. Of course I could be totally wrong and indeed it's pyrex.

Fit and finish on the unit I bought was not that great. That is to say that it looked nice taking it out of the box, but then I disassembled it down to it's components and when I put it back together, the top cap and the bottom caps that surround the tank do not line up perfectly anymore unless I loosen one of the two so that it continues to look like the image on the box and how it looked when I took it out of the box.

It is nice that it comes with a total of 3 coils, one installed and 2 more in the box. The B&M where I bought it does not stock the coils, so it looks like it's going to be online only when I need new coils for this. I have already shopped around online to find the coils and they seem to run about $3.99 each.

As far as vapor goes, it does seem to create more vapor, I can't be 100% positive if that is due to the ceramic coil or if it's the e-liquid that I used as it's a new e-liquid to me (never tried it before) and I know that some of my liquids produce more vapor than some of the others that I have. The first 3 hits on it, were extremely harsh on my throat, and yet vapor was there so it wasn't a burnt or dry hit, just harsh, but after 3 hits on it, the sensation in my throat went away and I was vaping on it like I do on my Nautilus or AeroTank Mega.

I like the draw on it, it's substantially easier to draw on then my ProTank 2 is.

I don't particularly like the look of where the drip tip goes into the top of the unit, it's almost like the top of the unit was made for a drip tip like what comes with the ProTank 2 mini, so when the drip tip is in this Ninja tank, there is a rather large space surrounding the drip tip that looks like it should have been covered by the drip tip. It may just be this is the way they purposely designed it, or maybe they decided that a different drip tip would have been too expensive or something. It is a nice drip tip itself although it doesn't fit in anything else that I own (Nautilus, Protanks, AeroTanks, etc etc etc, it's just too wide), the shape of the drip tip is rather like a car exhaust pipe with the end cut at an angle.

I'm not convinced about the ceramic wick coil, as it seems to me that if you let it sit for a reasonably short time, and then vape on it, you get a bit of noise/light gurgle, but seems to clear up by the 2nd or 3rd vape. What I've been doing with it since getting it today is that I press the fire button on my MVP2 before I start to draw air through it, just ever so briefly and I think this may burn off the liquid sitting in the coil without pulling mass more to flood the coil. It's not bad though, it's not yet completely flooded or even come close so far, and it's not yet leaked either. So far so good.

I'll have to get back to you if anybody is interested in the flavor, as I'm tired now and need to lay down.

Edit: It felt like plastic when I tapped it with my finger nail when the tank was disassembled, but now when i tap on it when it's fully assembled and has juice in it, it taps the same as my other tanks that I know for certain have pyrex tanks, so I'm going to say indeed it is pyrex and not plastic.
