Nitecore UM10 Charger Only Charging To 90%?

Yeah I'm just gonna buy the 2a xtar adapter with it he he. Charged all my batts on the MC2 last night. Came out at like 4.15-4.17 this time..

I'm just posting an update thanks everyone for all the replies! I noticed that when my battery went to 90% it jumped too 100% soon after and if i pull the battery out and put it right back in it would charge to 95% then do the same thing again it would charge to 100% I was using a Wireless Gear 1amp single input wall adapter Kmart.com and IMREN 2500mah 18650 batteries and my meter was reading 4.0 volts
Since reading all the replays I returned the UM10 and bought a D2 and the batteries now charge to the proper 4.2 volts I can appreciate the batteries only charging to 90% to save the longevity of the battery but I feel this should be an option not a requirement.Thanks again everyone for the help!
