I was trying to place an order and I get that error after selecting shipping option. Anyone else getting it? I read a few different places and didn't see Ben say anything about them not taking orders. Am I missing something? TIA!
I got the same thing about a week ago. I opened a support ticket on the site but never heard anything back. Maybe the support system is having issues too and they never got my ticket.
The system is up. I think the system can hang for a bit while I prune the database each week this might be the issue. I'll check next week. It would make sense since Puck's experience was a week ago as well. If anything when you see this happen it should be good to go a few hours after it's happened.

I am getting the same notice about no active payment system. Guess I will try again in the am, I also can not find pineapple pulp on the site either, does that just mean it is out of stock? Will probably post the latter question in another thread as well.
