Is there a PIF for Canadian? or is it because of the nicotine law that we don't have one?

Yeah, there's no Canadian PIF and when I broached the topic of why the PIf can't just be combined, flames rained down upon me and the mod told me I was basically an idiot

It was pretty awesome. Got to try lots of different juices, and got rid of a bunch of juices and stuff I wasn't using.
Well, I now know what PIF stands for. To bad we don't have, I have some juice I could pass on.
I wouldn't mind either if there was one and sticky it so it doesn't get lost.. lol
Pay it Forward isn't just giving stuff away. The way it works is the first person posts what they have available, and in order for the next person to take it, they have to post something they have to give to the next person. That way it keeps going. But anyway, it's out of the question. As I said I was jumped all over when I suggested another try, mods included, so I'm sure it'd get shut down.
The problem was .. somebody would put up 2 x 30 ml bottles of juice. Somebody would take it, and put up a USB ego charger. NOBODY would take that.. and it would sit and sit and sit..until somebody posted something else to get the thread started again. That would get taken and the next crappy product (510 PCC anyone?) would sit and sit and sit somemore.
It was a good idea, but a fail in the implementation of it, because there just was not enough stuff to go around that was of use to folks. I speak as somebody that tried to jump start that thread a couple times..
We do have a lot more vapers now, but I don't know how many have "spares" that they could get rid off to keep things on an even balance.
P.S (Edit) - There was also a problem with mailing stuff. Sending those two 30ml bottles of juice within Canada would cost 6 or 8 bucks, which is quite a lot when you are "giving" stuff away. Specially, if you are going to receive something that's not worth the price of shipping.
What we need is a Sticky that explains why Canada's PIF was a FAIL.
