No communications with Bloog

Hello everyone,
Just wondering if any one has experienced any communication problems with Bloog? I emailed them a couple of questions over the last two weeks and got no replies. So after research here I went a head and placed an order, they apparently took my order it shows up under my account. But Ive not received any order confirmations, or any communications what so ever. I placed the order on Friday night.

Do you guys know anything??

I have had two exchanges with Chris in customer service. Same day turnaround on replies and a very professional, but personal feel to the exchanges. I was very impressed. They have normal business hours listed on their website (EDT based) and are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

I am still waiting for the kits to be back in stock before I can place an order. So I cannot comment on whether or not order confirmations go out, following an order.

I know that they are working hard to get things updated as stock comes in. This would be my first priority as a supplier. I would bet that you'll have a very professional and informative response by the end of the day Monday.

Yea I had the same problem. You will need to call their phone number continuously and keep emailing until someone either answers the phone or emails you back. Don't waste your time leaving a message. They don't check it and if they do, they don't call back. Since you placed your order on Friday, I would expect a reply by Tuesday. I know, it sucks.
They claimed to have got their customer service in order.....
I dealt with Chris up at Bloog and he is very nice. You can email him at cs@weblogixx.com

The product is INCREDIBLE but the customer service is awful.

For reasons I do not understand they do not have an automated order confirmation email. You get an email when someone at Bloog accepts your order. Your credit card, however, is charged during checkout. It is a bit confusing for regular internet shoppers as this differs from what is expected from e-commerce vendors.

And, yes, unfortunately their customer service and fulfillment process is still a work in progress. I really hope they can get this issues worked out so as not to put off new customers such as yourself. I believe they want to do right by their customers but their growth has outstripped their existing internal processes. The result from the outside looking in resembles chaos or indifference. This is not the case but the appearance is definitely there.

I can say that the product is amazing and if quitting analogs or just want a highly portable PV that delivers performance quality.

MY PATIENCE HAS RUN OUT! My communication issues with Bloog have continued to keep me from reordering...after spending over $335.00 in a few weeks you would think they would want to keep me as a customer. I am on my second defective PCC and have several other issues. I LOVE the carts and the batterys....but I am now totally and completely disgusted by my frustrating experience with Bloog CS.

I've also ordered from Brand "V". Orders arrive to me in two days, all issues have been resolved the same day, and the CS in fantastic. There product is good...but I prefer Bloog's.

I'd like to know who owns Bloog as I would like to talk to the top and work down from there.

All i can say ,I ordered on 3/1/11 , from two venders I received my order from other vender on 3/5/11.
STILL NO ORDER AS OF TODAY FROM BLOOG OR EMAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I WILL GET IT WHEN I GET IT BUT THIS IS MY LAST ORDER FROM BLOOG

THERE ARE VENDERS OUT THERE WITH THE NEWER CARTS AND batteries THAT WILL SHIP

THEY TOOK MY MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT ON 3/2/11

I CALLED , NO ANSWER

but you are not gettin their email is that not your complaint?

OMG I have so many....but I know they are getting them as my e-mail server lists them as rec'd. I did get one e-mail from them saying "how can I help you" and it should be obvious from my contact what they can help me with. I resent my old e-mails in case they were deleted by them by accident.
