I'm running a Siegelei 75w tc with kanger sub-tank on a gClapton 0.5 ohm Ni coil. When vaping fruity flavors I get good flavor and vapor. When vaping sweet flavors like mothers milk, I get good vapor, but barely any flavor. The first days I had good flavor, but after that the flavor has faded. Have been trying to tweak the tc and wattage, but I dont get the results I want. When taking the first puff when its cool, I have some better flavor, but after that first puff, its gone. Have tried cool settings and warm settings. Any suggestions?

Its a premade one
If its pre made , it can be either the juice can be too thick or just the juice itself. Sometimes a thick juice may not work to good on a pre made coils . You said the first vape is good, then it tails off, so maybe the juice is just a little too thick and is taking alot of time re saturating the cotton. Or it just can be the juice, some juices just don't work at higher wattages. What pg/vg ratio is that juice?
Or maybe the coil just got gunked and is now not producing the flavor anymore.. I vaped MM in the past but not on pre made coils and the flavor was intense but I never vaped it above 25 watts

Don't know the ratio in MM, but the one i'm vaping now has max vg and i got the same issue. Vaping on 25w I dont get any flavor at all.

What your experiencing is very common actually , unfortunately, some flavors either sweet or otherwise can taste bland quickly .

Like the above poster said switching flavors often can make this easier to deal with. Many people have a very hard time tasting strawberry after the first few vapes, they talk about that issue on "Reddit DIY" all the time.

I hate max VG juices , PG carries flavor a lot better.

VG doesn't carry the flavor, PG does. For me and taste boredom, I have, just currently, six tanks with juice in them.

From online vendors, they almost always offer choice in the ratio. Try a 50/50 ratio. Flavor will go up and the overall juice will be thinner so it will wick easier. Also try a 70 or 80 PG just to see what the flavor is like. Kinda amazing the difference will be.

I supposed as much as the ones with vg are the flavors that die out the fastest. Cursed me and my sweet-tooth! Are there any good sweet dessert flavors with a good pg-vg ratio? Also, what flavors do you guys mix up with?

I like 50/50 best but sometimes like 60PG/40VG , you just got to find your preferred ratio with the PG/VG , most people have no issues with 50/50.

VG is just way too thick for the tanks i like most .

You can always try some of the places like Mt. baker or vista vapors that allow you to add extra flavoring when you want higher VG to PG ratio, or order that flavor with a higher PG to VG ratio. I am vaping 80VG/20PG, and add 2 extra shots, depends on the flavor. But you say the Flavor at first is great, so like dionysuskiss said and switch up the flavor by cleaning the tank or get a couple different tanks and rotate the flavors. Best yet, get a RDA easy to clean and swap out the cotton!
