No!!!!!! My Provari 2.0 is broken..... now what?

My trusted friend for over two years has finally taken his last breath. My Provari 2.0 fails to fire. All contacts are clean, the display works, batteries are good- it just won't fire. The display looks like it's a bit off-center in the opening.

I contacted Provape and they were very nice! They gave me an RMA and instructed me to send it back.

What can I expect? Will they upgrade the software/display to that of the newest version? Do I need to ask for this? Should I even ask for this? How is there turn-around time?

ProVape is excellent on their customer service.

I feel your pain, I was just getting ready to send a mini 2.5 in for a misaligned board, but a few days ago my full size bronze 2.5 completely died. Button will light when inserting battery, but nothing more, it won't turn on, fire, nothing. So now I gotta send that in first, then the mini afterwards.

The price schedule for repairs is right on the sight. I recall there is a charge if you want it upgraded to version 2.5. If it's a simple mechanic fix - the PCB has just come loose - that wouldn't require a board replacement that would result in an upgrade.
