They are no ones Pal... I am banned for life from PayPal now, can't even open an account to PAY for something.
They took a shot at freezing my money for 180 days, but fortunatly I had just drianed the account.
Thats how they treat a customer that was paying 1,000's in FEES.
They are to big for their own good and think they can do whatever they want. You know what they say, the bigger they are the harder they fall.
The funny part is, now they are on their own for chargebacks, as I certainly am not going to givve them any information that the goods were shipped.
There are better options out there, AlertPay, Interac Email Money Transfer, even Western Union. Just because something is the biggest, doesn't make it the best.

Is it for N.American suppliers only? Asian suppliers still accept PayPal...
Who knows how they think, I doubt they even do.
I would be very careful not to keep any money in your account if you are purchasing e-cigs using PayPal. I'm sure its just a matter of time before they start freezing buyers' account.

They did the same thing a couple of years ago when they blocked me from putting cash on poker sites. They are cocks...

Paypal are scum imho. I've heard a lot of similar stories over the years, of them arbitrarily freezing peoples accounts, and holding onto their money (which gathers interest in Paypal's accounts). They can do this as they're completely unencumbered by the regulations a bank faces to keep from abusing their customers, despite the fact they are pretty much a bank in all but name.
Most sites that seem to require Paypal, will give you an option of paying via credit card when you go to check out.
To answer your original question I've ordered from vapables.com, a Canadian supplier using only credit card to get my nic juice. Shipping and service were very quick and good too.

Nor is Paypal, except its the merchant that pays at Paypal. The $1.50 is a bargin for processing. I wish they had an option to bill the receiever, not the sender.

Its hard to integrate that into most shopping cart software, as the price is calculated prior to the payment option.
A very good suggestion tho..
You could contact the retailer before the order and make a deal, or simply deduct $1.50 from what you pay. I doubt any retailer would mind.
Why would anyone want to get a FraudPal debit card and still put money in their pockets? You can get a prepaid or reusable Visa card. I wouldn't put one extra cent into FraudPal's coffers. Not with the way they treat their "customers"
