The dynamos in crank radios, cell chargers etc. are way too low power (current) to ever approach the demands of vaping. Have you ever used one or read the instructions for use? They can't really charge a cell phone - you have to crank it constantly to provide enough emergency current to (maybe) place a phone call.
Internally, in most cases they aren't charging a battery - they are recharging a capacitor that can run the radio for up to 30 minutes. The instructions in one I have seen say to charge the internal capacitor first with an AC/DC adapter or you will never get charging the capacitor off the ground with the dynamo.
In the radio versions the radio can run on 150 mAh current or less - hardly close to the output of even a 2 amp battery required for vaping. To charge a battery for vaping you would break one of those dynamos cranking it for hours on end before the battery would ever be sufficiently charged.
I agree with tmcase - solar is the only option. Even then you would have to be very choosy and spend a lot to get the voltage & current you would really need for this to be practical.
