Alright, I'm a bit of a newbie with rba's; however, I can finally wrap a working Genesis coil. I'm to the point that I understand how most rba's work and can take apart and rebuild my gennies.
Rather than buy an expensive genesis, I'm considering branching out into the Ithaka clone on Stormy's Vapor Cellar. Probably going to get the Hercules, possibly the Terminator as well.
My question is do I need to get no-resistance wire? And what does it accomplish? I've watched videos that show how to attach it to Kanthal and I get the basic setup, but is it necessary for the Hercules or the Terminator from Stormy?
