Wick and wire for Ithanks

I recently got an Ithaka clone and preparing to build my coils (getting the materials). I want to do dual coils. Any suggestions for the following:

Wick? (2mm vs 3mm)
Resistance Wire? (I currently have Kanthal 32 Gauge AWG A1)
NR Wire?
Does gauge of NR wire have to match gauge of resistance wire? (Can I use 28 gauge NR wire with with higher gauge Resistance wire?)

2mm, your 32g is fine, get some 32g nickel or silver for the nr - easier to twist the nr + r when gauge matches. Enjoy!

I saw the Ithaka style being set up with micro coils with 26 gauge Nichrome , and no non-resistant wire over on the micro build thread, working great. Was a single coil and not a dual coil set up though. They mentioned that it only added about .1-.2 ohms more by not using the non-resistant wire using the 26. Have a terminator-C R/A tank V2 coming, so going to try the micro build on it.
