Another good news article (from Omaha, Nebraska), except near the end the author cited fear mongering claims by FDA and ACS, and Prue Talbot's most recent study (in which she failed to acknowledge that all constituents she found in e-cigarettes were well within standards for FDA approved inhalation devices).
Since many readers read the title and beginning of news articles, and since very few readers read the end of articles, its best to have the good news in the title and at the beginning of news articles.
