No Smoking Banner at Bottom of Post

How do I get that cool banner at the bottom of my posts letting everyone know how long it's been since I gave up that NASTY smoking habit?

I'm no expert but I did happen to click on one today and it took me to a place to enter in the info, which presumably would give me a banner. I didn't do it because I'm not totally analog-free yet, but try clicking on someone else's banner and it should take you to where you create them.

Thanks, I did that, but can't figure out how to transfer the new banner to me?
