No Throat Hit?

Hi All,

I've been vaping this one ejuice for a couple days now...I noticed tonight that I'm not getting any throat hit. I had just topped it off earlier tonight. It's a semi-new cart. The battery is charged.

I use a Vea from Johnson creek.

This juice is Love Potion from Roar. I believe it's 100% VG. I hear that VG can mess with cartos but this is a fairly new cart.

Any help?

Try getting a dripping atty and learn to drip. Easiest is Joyetech 510 2.2 ohm but it takes a some breaking in. Maybe the battery could use a recharge. I'm surprised you get any throat hit all from 100% VG. I'm messing with a WTA that's 100% VG and the only way I get any throat hit is a the longest drag possible. And WTA actually helps with throat hit a little but if you got throat hit early and now you are not, drip your carto three or so at a time and refesh the battery charge if it's an unregulated battery. I have learned to load another juice in another device for for sure throat hit so I can get some and then vape the non throat hit in between. If you don't DIY its about all you can do drip the carto or top off the charge or really long slow drag. And then it's maybe

My apologies...I just checked the bottle...it's 50/50 PG VG. I was thinking of another juice.

It just got done charging and there's more throat hit but not the same. Think my carto has passed on? Think it's time for a new carto?

I'm brand new to vaping, so what you said is like a foreign language.

What's the nic content of your juice? Lower nic will have less TH (throat hit), as will higher VG.

Try a fresh carto. That'll answer that Q. Try adding a little more juice to keep it "full" not over flowing into air way though.

Hmm... throat hit should be solid in a 24mg liquid. I would probably try another carto as well, as mentioned above, and see if there is a difference. Are you getting good vapor?

Eventually the coils in the cartos die. Sometimes you even get one that is not good brand new. I find with my cartos the draw tightens up long before the carto fails.

Tonight I had a brand new head for a CE5 that just wouldn't fire. It happens. Most of this stuff is made in place where quality control is not the best.

I would replace the carto ASAP. In the mean time vape a strong flavor in the hopes that the additional kick form the flavor makes up for the lack of TH.

Could be the 'morning effect', where the first few draws seem stronger. That happens to me. It was the same with cigs too. The first one in the morning always seemed strong.
