Good afternoon everyone!

Generation Y is up to 14 members! Hooray!

I saw my crush last night. He snaked his way around a bunch of people to come up and say hi to me. I was the first person he said hi to...but I couldn't stay because I had work in the morning. My roommate is suggesting I invite him out to a happy hour in Manhattan but I'm just too scared. >.<

Yay for generation Y!!

What CES said  Ask him!!! :):)

Well, if we are on generation Y, I think I may be in W.

Pretty, I hope you are better. I always preferred Aleve, til Doc told me it interfere with asthma. Drat.

I am SOOOO evil. I just got an "unknown" call. I answered in spanish...Telemarketer hung up on me after asking if I understood him 3 times

My daughter told a telemarketer once that I was out milking the purple cow and looking for the Easter bunny :lol:

Funny, kinda unrelated, phone story.

My mom and I sound EXACTLY ALIKE on the phone lol. Her friends from church would call and I would answer, and they would just start in on the conversation; sometimes it would take me a few minutes to get them to understand that I needed them to wait so I could go get my mom! Lol. Mom used to tease me that she would answer when my boyfriends called and have conversations with them pretending to be me; so I couldn't keep any secrets from her

GenY? Oh good grief! I am In the C's I thinK!
ASK the boy already..before one of us does! You could always ask him to go tree shopping with you.

Oh MK, I don't mean to be controversial, but "tree shopping" has a completely different meaning in my neck of the woods.

I was raised Jewish and now see myself as a combination Apatheist and Modern Deist. So tree shopping...is not in my agenda. And since we're both punk rock kids, I don't think it's in his either, and if it is, that's something he'd invite me to, not something I'd initiate.

I texted him tonight to ask how the party went after I left, no response. I'm going to start researching cool happy hours tomorrow, I think that's the best way to do it. Get him in Manhattan before he gets back to Brooklyn with the rest of our hood, and with his bandclique.

Now that would just freak me out.....but my mom wouldn't have been fun about it!!
